Richard Sather (left) and Ezra Grothe (center) presented their science project to the TRF Rotary on April 29, 2014. Richard and Ezra recently took first prize at the Bemidji Regional Science Fair Competition. Top prize at the regional science fair allowed the team to compete at the International Science and Engineering Fair. TRF Rotary donated $500 to the team in order to help cover miscellaneous expenses associated with their trip. The ISEF will be held May 12th – 16th in Los Angeles, CA. Hannah Brickson and Brandon Kasparick will also attend the event as student observers. Hannah and Brandon will be competing in regionals next year. (The check was presented by Randy Hultgren.)
