Brady is a Risk Advisor with North Risk Partners, where he works with businesses, nonprofits, schools, municipalities, and other organizations to manage risk, protect their operations, and the ever-changing insurance marketplace.
Before entering the insurance industry, Brady worked in education and mental health as a special education paraprofessional and behavioral technician. Those experiences strengthened his commitment to building relationships, solving problems, and serving others. Today, he applies those same skills to help business owners and organizational leaders make informed decisions and protect what they have worked hard to build.
Thief River Falls is home for Brady, and he is passionate about supporting the people and organizations that make northwest Minnesota a great place to live and work. He especially values initiatives that strengthen mental health resources, education, community development, and opportunities for local families.
Rotary’s commitment to service, leadership, and community impact inspired Brady to become a member. He looks forward to building relationships with other community-minded leaders, learning from their experiences, and contributing through meaningful service projects.
Outside of work, Brady enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and taking advantage of everything northwest Minnesota has to offer. He and his wife, Maddi, are proud parents of two daughters who bring tremendous joy and excitement to their lives. Creating memories with his family is what Brady values most, and they are a meaningful part of why he is passionate about investing in and giving back to his community.
