The Thief River Falls Rotary Club continued its annual project to hand out dictionaries to local area third graders this September. Thanks to everyone who volunteered. Also a big THANK YOU to Philip McKenzie for organizing the event!

The annual Thief River Falls Rotary Club vs. Lions Club golf outing on Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Thief River Falls Golf Club. The Thief River Falls Rotary Club won the 9-hole contest and retained the “Brass Bucket Trophy”. As is traditional, the losing team’s president has to kiss the brass bucket trophy, TRF Lions Club President John Wollenzien kisses the brass bucket trophy while handing it to TRF Rotary Club President Mitch Stevens.
